I always get a sharp looking haircut, and feel like a new man after a visit. Jade and Stephanie always are friendly and pleasant. I've been coming back for almost a year now, so they're doing something right.

My last time trying to use Bothell. Showed up a couple minutes after 7pm. Sign says you close at 7pm now, but your site said 8pm. Spent 30 minutes going across town to the one in Lynnwood and made it there by 7:30, but they don't accept people after 7:30. Time to find another favorite place for a haircut. Between the Hair Clips specials that are specific to locations where you need to know which one is owned by which person, to the inconsistent hours kept that don't align with advertised hours... the experience just isn't worth it.
